Capitaine is located in the heart of Le Marais, near to la place des Vosges, where Baptiste started his professional Parisian journey: L’Ambroisie.
The restaurant is situated in a calm deadlock street, tucked away from the busy center of Paris.
The kitchen focusses on fresh, seasonal and high quality products. The goal is to present a cuisine rooted in French culinary tradition, inspired by Baptiste’s Breton origins and his experience among France’s greatest chefs.

We focus on working directly with winemakers producing honest and natural wine.
These are small French producers who grow, harvest and bottle wine with great care, without any or very little chemical intervention.
